Founder & Managing Director

Before founding Chronos Energy James worked within his family ran property development business, Churchill Retirement Living... one of the largest retirement home developers in the UK. Here, James had over half a decade of experience in multiple aspects of the business and for the last 4 years of his time in Churchill he focused in acquisitions where he sourced, structured and negotiated deals in excess of £20 million with total GDV’s in excess of £100 million.

Tyler Schmill

Head of Operations

Tyler has extensive experience in upstream oil and gas, having worked across all major US basins. As the Bakken Field Chief at Great American Mining, he managed 12 sites and over 4000 servers, showcasing his leadership and project management skills. His career has focused on identifying and optimizing inefficient or stranded energy to create valuable,
harmonious use cases.
